By using this website (Murthi Art Gallery) and placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and Pricing

While we strive to display the images of our statues as accurately as possible, slight variations in color or finish may occur due to your screen settings and the handcrafted nature of the artworks. All prices are subject to change at any time. However, once an order is confirmed, such changes will not affect your order.

3. Orders and Payments

Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and Online Card Payments. If you choose Bank Transfer, your order will only be confirmed after the deposit receipt is successfully uploaded to the system. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or for other valid reasons. In such cases, any payments made will be fully refunded.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery charges vary based on the customer's location and the weight/size of the statue. This fee is calculated automatically during checkout. The estimated delivery time is between 3โ€“7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen natural disasters.

5. Return and Refund Policy

If a statue is damaged during transit, you must notify us with clear photographs within 24 hours of receiving the item. Upon verification of the damage, we will arrange for a replacement statue or issue a full refund. Returns based solely on a customer's change of mind (where there is no defect in the product) will not be accepted.

6. User Accounts

Providing accurate and up-to-date information is mandatory when creating an account on the website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. We are not liable for any unauthorized activity that occurs under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Murthi Art Gallery logo, statue designs, images, and descriptions are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, or commercial exploitation of these materials is strictly prohibited by law.
